Bikini Blend
Our goal with this blend is balance. We're aiming for a nice symmetry between chocolatey, nutty, and fruity.
To get here, we're usually blending about 50% of our Brazil with 50% of something more fruity like a Colombian or Central American natural.
This is a great option if you're into espresso that has a little bit more complexity than usual, but doesn't stray way too far from a traditional flavour profile.
