A nice blend with a fruitier profile and a bit more acidity than your traditional blend.  Here, we're going for a more exotic tasting coffee that plays with the taste buds.

To get this blend just right, we're pairing a very fruity natural coffee (whether it's from Colombia or Rwanda), with a more chocolately coffee like something from Brazil or Guatemala.  The result is usually something akin to something like a chocolate covered raspberry.
