About this coffee
The Cerrado Mineiro Region of Brazil, where this coffee comes from, is a world-renowned high-quality coffee-producing area.
It is located in the northwest of the state of Minas Gerais – the region that produces 50% of Brazilian coffee – and is highly regarded for its processes and techniques.
The region benefits from well-defined seasons, a hot and humid summer and a pleasantly dry winter.
The coffee plantations are grown in areas with altitudes that vary between 800 and 1,300 meters, resulting in high-quality coffees with a unique identity.
The coffees are “Guaranteed Origin and Quality” by the Regulatory Council of the Cerrado Mineiro Region.
