With only around 50% the caffeine content of most of our coffees, the Honduras Half Caf is an organic, low-caffeine option for coffee lovers who want to reduce their caffeine intake (or drink more coffees during the day!).
About this coffee
To create this low-caffeine coffee, we created our own in-house blend of two organic coffees: the Ocotepeque Decaf and Marcala.
Both of the coffee beans that are blended to make our Honduras Half Caf are cultivated using certified organic farming methods and sustainable farming practices.
They are grown in the southwestern region of Honduras, where the high elevation offers ideal growing conditions for Arabica coffee plants.
Their chocolate and fruity notes perfectly complement each other, creating a creamy cup of coffee without the high caffeine content.
Expect tasting notes of red fruits, caramel and nuts as well as plenty of chocolate.
