Finally a decaf that doesn’t taste like decaf coffee!
This organic coffee from Honduras has low acidity and creamy body, making it great with any kind of milk or plant-based milk alternative.
Its tasting notes include caramel, chocolate, citrus and nuts.

About this coffee
This coffee has 99.9% of its caffeine content removed using the swiss water decaffeination process, which uses only water – and no chemicals.
The green beans are washed and put in water, which makes them hydrate and thus ready for caffeine extraction.
Green coffee extraction (GCE) is water that is oversaturated with the
coffee´s soluble components, except caffeine.
The beans are kept in tanks where the GCE flows over them. In search of osmotic equilibrium, caffeine starts flowing from the coffee beans to the GCE.
The result is that only caffeine is removed from the green beans, leaving
their original characteristics intact.
Once the beans are decaffeinated, they are taken from the tanks, dried, packaged and sent to us to be roasted.
