Brazil might be the world's largest coffee producer, but it does also get a bit of a hard time for being a bit more "basic" while compared to other specialty coffee producing countries.  However, that pretentious view totally dismissed the fact that while Brazilian coffees might not be as "funky" they are pretty darn delicious.

This coffee from Fazenda Sertao is a great example of just a solid, easy drinking coffee that never lets you down.

We use this coffee as an espresso primarily, but it also comes out as a very smooth filter coffee with notes that resemble "Chips 'ahoy" Cookies with hints of cherry.
