Colombia - Villa Betulia Gesha Queen
Cool story. Luis Anibal Calderon noticed that one of his gesha trees was producing massive beans. So he decided that he would sort those beans and create an entire lot from these mutated beans. The result: a Gesha Queen.
This isn't a new varietal. It's just a very large gesha.
The bean still retains that gesha complexity, but maybe in a bit more of an intense way. That intensity is boosted by the fact it's an aerobic process. The result is a little bit boozy, fruity, and a nice long lasting aftertaste.
