This is a high end microlot coffee from Jairo Arcila. The pink bourbon varietal provides a really nice complex coffee with some exciting tasting notes. This is an aerobic natural which means that it was exposed to some mild aerobic fermentation for 45 hours before beginning the drying phase. At the roastery, we have roasted this to a light-medium which is perfect for bringing out the sweetness while also protecting the floral side of the coffee.
Notes : Pomegranate, Raspberry, Plum, and Chocolate. (sweet and complex)
