The coffee is the founder of the Fugi Washing Station, in Nyaruguru province just 5 minutes from the Burundi border.
This is a washed aerobic coffee. It was picked, fermented for 72-95 hours, and then washed. It was the left to dry outdoors on raised beds. This is an extremely fruity coffee with both malic and citric acidity. It has a creamy mild body and a whole lot of sweetness.
Notes : Caramel, Peach, Mango, and Pineapple. (sweet and syrupy)
